Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise

  • 1 sun-dried tomato, finely chopped

  • 1 slice country-style whole-wheat bread, toasted

  • 3 leaves green leaf lettuce

  • 2 large slices ripe tomato

  • 1 slice cooked turkey bacon, cut in half

  • teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

  1. Combine 2 teaspoons mayonnaise and chopped sun-dried tomato in a small bowl. Spread on 1 side of toast slice;  top with 3 lettuce leaves, 2 tomato slices and bacon pieces. Sprinkle with ⅛ teaspoon pepper.
