International Delight just announced a recall on approximately 10,794 bottles of newly released sugar-free coffee creamers, according to the Food and Drug Administration report. This is due to the creamers being labeled as zero sugar, but they were found to contain sugar.

The recalled product is the Home Alone International Delight Peppermint Mocha Zero Sugar coffee creamer. The refrigerated product was sold in 32-ounce plastic bottles from July 2024 through October 12, 2024, in the following states: Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Mexico, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.

The bottles affected have a printed best by date of “02.25.25.” If you have this recalled creamer on hand, you can return it to its place of purchase for a refund. You might choose to return it if you’re watching your sugar intake due to preference or conditions like diabetes. However, you may still continue using this product if you’re indifferent about the sugar content in this creamer. This recall is due to misbranding, so the creamer is still safe to consume.

While there are no illnesses reported to be connected to this recall, if you’re experiencing any concerning symptoms after consuming this product, contact your health care provider.
