Ingredients

  • ½ cup whole-milk ricotta cheese

  • 2 slices crusty whole-grain bread, toasted

  • 2 slices prosciutto

  • 1 small peach, sliced (about ¾ cup)

  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Spread ¼ cup ricotta on each of 2 toast slices. Top each with 1 slice prosciutto and half the peach slices. Season to taste with cracked black pepper.
