While the Mediterranean diet is traditionally thought to be only those foods that are plentiful in Mediterranean countries, we've expanded our perspective on what foods are included in our New Mediterranean Diet. This allows this eating pattern to be more inclusive of other cultures that also offer wonderful, nutritionally dense foods.
